A Little More About Prime Rentals
A family owned and operated business consisting of an assortment of student rentals located
near the UW-Eau Claire Campus.
Prime Rentals has been a member of the Certified Eau Claire Landlord Program (CELP) since
October 9, 2008. We, the property managers at Prime Rentals, strive to provide housing
services in a manner that promotes the safety of our tenants.
